Your orders will ship via your method of choice at checkout and will be subject to their respective on-time delivery guarantees. We regret that we are not shipping orders outside the United States at this time. It has been our experience that high shipping rates, insurance fees, brokerage fees, and import taxes sometimes exceed the value of the products in the order. Some of these extra fees are unforeseeable on our part and the extra charges come as a complete surprise to you, the customer, when the package is delivered.
Your Bizzy Fizz order will ship to the address you specify when you check out. We rely on your accuracy when sending an order to the address you specify. Please be accurate with your shipping information (ie. Street Address and Zip Code) to avoid delays and extra shipping charges.
Each order can be shipped to only ONE address.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of check out according to weight. A small handling fee is applied to every order which covers expenses associated with packing and mailing your order. Insurance and Delivery Conﬁrmation is added to each USPS order. Insurance is automatically included on UPS orders.
Order processing times for Bizzy Fizz products vary. The majority of our items are processed within 3-5 business says (Monday-Friday). Processing time does not include shipping time. Your order will usually ship within 48 business hours to one week because many products will be manufactured fresh for you after you place your order.
Payment for all orders is required in U.S. funds prior to shipment. Purchases can be ordered online securely through our shopping cart system using Paypal.
You may cancel or make changes to any order you placed with Bizzy Fizz within 24 hours of ordering by sending an email to orders@bizzyﬁzz.com. However, after 24 hours no order can be cancelled or changed because the processing of your order will have already begun. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will incur extra shipping time.
We are very proud of our ability to give you wonderful and fresh products. If for some reason there is an error on our part, we will cover the cost to replace the item for you. Due to the nature of our products and laws surrounding body products, there are no returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL.
All of our items are inspected by a second party before shipping and veriﬁed to be in excellent condition. Damage incurred during shipping must be brought to the attention of the shipper, in this case UPS or USPS. All items are shipped with insurance for this purpose. We are not responsible for the damage incurred during shipping and cannot refund or exchange due to mishandling.
