3. What are your shipping costs and delivery schedule?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If you would like to see the estimated shipping cost for your order, place the item(s) in your cart and click "estimate shipping". We normally process orders within 3-5 days. Delivery is dependent upon the carrier chosen at checkout.

4. Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. What is your return policy?

Due to the FDA guidelines on the nature of our products, we offer no returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please be sure the product is what you want at checkout. If you have any questions about any of the products offered, please contact us. If for some reason there is an error on OUR part, we of course will cover the cost to replace the item for you.

6. Will you consider wholesale accounts to other companies to sell your products?

Absolutely! We currently have wholesale accounts with a few different companies. If you are a company looking to add our product to your store, please feel free to contact us at info@bizzyfizz.com for information. We would love to work with you!

7. Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order on our regular items. There IS however a minimum order on party favors due to the customized nature of the items.

8. Do you provide gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time, but you may be interested in our pre-designed gift sets which are beautifully arranged to be given as gifts.

9. What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products are made fresh in small batches and we do not have a huge storage facility that holds hundreds of gross of product on it's shelves. Most products are made to order. They should be used within one year of receiving them, although some have said they have had a shrink wrapped treat last longer.

10. Are your lotions paraben free?

Yes, our preservatives are paraben free. Our lotions and scrubs DO contain preservatives, because it is more dangerous NOT to preserve these items. No one wants bacteria to grow in their products, and we care about our customers' health.

11. The item I want to order is out of stock. When will you restock?

Well, it varies. Due to the fact we are a family business, and we do not keep a large stock of items on hand, it depends upon the limitations with our family. If we need family time, that does come first. We try to restock what we run out of quickly. If there is something you really need and must have, please contact us and we will see what we can do to help.

12. I have a jacuzzi (jetted) tub. Can I use your bath treats?

Many of our customers have used our products in their jetted tubs with no problems. HOWEVER--please be sure to contact the tub manufacturer to be sure of the recommendations for your particular tub. If you do use these products in your tub, we recommend NOT turning on the jets during use. Bizzy Fizz is not responsible for damage incurred by the use of our products. We do sell catch-all bags for this purpose, or recommend tying the treat inside a clean nylon before use. This keeps everything out of the drain and jets.

13. Can I let the confetti or flowers go down the drain?

It is not advisable to let confetti or flowers go down the drain due to clogging issues. We do sell a catch-all bag for our products, or you can use a clean nylon. Drop the treat in the nylon, tie a knot at the top, and drop it into the tub. This will keep everything away from your drain. Bizzy Fizz is not responsible for clogged pipes.

14. I ordered two of the same products and the colors on one look more faded than the other. What happened?

All of our products are handmade in very small batches, typically only 4 treats in a batch. When you deal with batches that are this small, there can be variations in color between the batches. This is usually not a huge depth of color difference, but the color can be darker on one and lighter on the other. This variation is natural. They are still perfectly usable, and each of our treats are one of a kind!

15. I purchased some shower scrubs (or jar scrubs) and when they arrived they were completely melted. What do I do?

We understand your concern. Our scrubs are made with tropical butters and oils which are solid up to 85 degrees. When the temperature reaches 85 degrees or higher, they can melt. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on these items, as we do not control their environment after they leave our facility. We have placed a warning on the item page for this purpose. We do recommend placing them in the fridge, which should make them harden up again, and they are perfectly useable!

16. I just received my item and they are all damaged! What can I do? Will you replace them?

All of our products are inspected before shipping and verified to be in excellent condition by a second party. Damage incurred during shipping must be brought to the attention of the shipper. All items are shipped with insurance for this purpose. We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping and cannot refund due to mishandling.
